Just as the nation was gearing up for a riot of colours with the festival of Holi, Zindagi Na Milege Dobara team participated in the famous Tomatina festival of Spain.

People throw ripened tomatoes on each other in the annual Spanish festival.

Zindagi Na Mile Dobara has an elaborate scene with the four stars -- Hrithik Roshan, Katrina Kaif, Farhan Akhtar and Abhay Deol -- taking part in the Tomatina festival.

The Tomatina was recreated for the shoot of the Zindagi Na Milege Dobara. It was shot in Bunyol, Valencia, Spain.

Producer Ritesh Sidhwani said, "To recreate the Tomatina festival and make it look authentic, we had to call for some 16 tonnes for tomatoes from Portugal, as the tomatoes in Spain were not ripe."

It cost the producers Rs 1 crore. Around 24 tonnes of tomato puree was used.

Chitrangda Singh is surely going places. And by that we don’t just mean London, where she was shooting Rohit Dhawan’s Desi Boyz recently.

The dusky damsel has been signed as Bollywood’s first female mutant, yes, that’s right, opposite Hrithik Roshan in the much talked about Krissh 3.

The actress from Delhi, who first got noticed in Sudhir Mishra’s Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi in 2003, has come a long way since then.

Apart from her earthy beauty, which made her an overnight sensation, her off-beat roles have been much acclaimed.

Chitrangda, who landed in Delhi after her London shoot, on Sunday night, was expected to rush to Mumbai this week and finalise her clothes, hair, look and even language for the mutant’s role in the Rakesh Roshan film.

Apparently Chitrangda’s transformation will be so drastic that even she will find it hard to recognise herself.

A source close to the project confirms, “There are two leading ladies in the film. Priyanka Chopra, who starred opposite Hrithik in Krissh (2006), will be back in the same role. The other major female protagonist will be played by Chitrangda.

They needed someone who could look earthy and ethereal. Both Rakesh and Hrithik Roshan decided Chitrangda was the best bet for the part of the sizzling female mutant.”

Apparently Rakesh Roshan decided on Chitrangda, after seeing her in Sudhir Mishra’s Yeh Saali Zindagi (2011).

When contacted, Chitrangda said, “I’m really not allowed to talk about this. I’ve just returned from shooting Desi Boyz in London.

I got to do some serious Bollywood dancing for the first time. Akshay Kumar really helped me with my steps.

I am surprised at how much he understands cinema. I wouldn’t be surprised if he turns director soon.”

Well, we are sure, there’s more of serious mainstream Bollywood coming her way soon. And with Hrithik Roshan in Krissh 3, she’d get to do more of Bollywood dancing than before.

While the entire nation is cooking up excuses to take the day off to watch the World Cup final, Hrithik is doing just the opposite

The actor, who has been shooting for the remake of the 1990 blockbuster Agneepath, refused to take a day off to watch India and Sri Lanka fight it out on the field.

Yesterday afternoon, when Karan Johar, the producer of the film, asked Hrithik Roshan, “Should we call off the shoot tomorrow and watch the India vs Sri Lanka World Cup final at home?” Hrithik said, “Nothing doing. We are going to shoot. Why should we cancel the shoot?”

Surprising, eh? However, this rather unexpected reply, it seems has saved Johar 15 lakh.

A source close to the film revealed, “Yes, Rs 15 lakh would have gone down the drain. When the shoot was planned for a Versova outdoor schedule, India was still in the preliminary rounds and Karan didn’t expect that they’d make it to the final.

But Karan was still pretty excited to be sitting at home and watching the big final.”

Hrithik, it seems cares more for KJo’s cash than KJo himself. Or maybe, he is one who finds Agneepath way more exciting than what’s going to happen in Wankhede.

Aamir did it for Ghajini, John Abraham for khakha khakha remake and now Hrithik is doing it for his much awaited Agneepath remake, a film produced by Karan Johar.

We've heard the actor has added new equipments in his inhouse gym too and is working out for not less than 3 hours a day!

Hrithik's trainer Satya, who has worked with Aamir on Ghajini has revealed how the actor needs to gain 14 kgs for his role in Agneepath remake.

The actor who weighs 70, needs to weigh 84!

Both Priyanka and Hrithik have kept their looks for the film hidden by not posting their pictures on networking sites in spite of their fans insisting on it.

Priyanka said, "I am shooting for Agneepath but cannot put up the pics as we have different looks and cannot reveal it as yet."

John Abraham on the contrary has been asked to lose weight for Dostana sequel!

Seems like everyone's taking perfection to another level in Bollywood!

All is not well on the sets of Karan Johar's Agneepath. Hrithik Roshan suffered burns while shooting an aarti scene and Priyanka Chopra's lehenga caught fire.

Hrithik spilled hot oil on his hand and suffered minor burns. "Hrithik was shooting the Ganapati puja scene.
He was holding a big thali with several lit diyas (lamps) and doing the aarti. During one rotation, one diya toppled over, spilling hot oil on his hand, scalding it. Duggu rushed to apply ice on the affected area. It wasn't a serious injury but Hrithik was in pain. He resumed shooting as soon as his pain subsided. He then joked about his injuries being lucky charms for his films," a source told Mid Day.

KrrishPriyanka's outfit also caught fire from the diyas. "PC's lehenga caught fire from the diyas of aarti and got burnt at the edges. She noticed it quickly and wasn't hurt but had to change her lehenga and wear a new one," another source told the tabloid.

The lead actors surely need to stay away from fire for now.
