Carrying on the tradition of unfriendly Bollywood actresses, Priyanka Chopra and Kareena Kapoor are battling it out. First, Priyanka zoomed into Kareena’s territory by befriending Shahid Kapoor just a little while after Kareena broke up with him. And now, they’re fighting over Bollywood’s most sought after make-up artist, Pompy.

Both actresses have worked with Pompy on various commercials and films and want him to be the one styling them. When both of them sign a film, they check if Pompy’s dates match theirs. When Priyanka got ready to shoot for Anjaana Anjaani with Ranbir Kapoor, she checked if Pompy was available. But he was already scheduled to accompany Kareena to Sydney for the shooting of the remake of Stepmom, starring Kajol and Arjun Rampal with Kareena.

Kareena considers Pompy as family, inviting him to her film previews. Those who attended the Kurbaan preview confirmed Pompy’s presence there.

Kajol and Rani Mukherjee too had fought over make up artist Mickey Contractor some years ago. Guess Bollywood actresses will remain Bollywood actresses.

Recently, Priyanka Chopra injured herself while shooting for Sajid Nadiadwala’s Anjaana Anjaani in Bangkok. The injury is luckily not serious.

Priyanka had to do a scene in the ocean. She stepped onto a rock by mistake and lost her balance and injured her foot. The crew, including director Siddharth Anand came to her rescue. The shoot wasn’t disturbed, as Priyanka was okay after applying some ointment on her foot. Ranbir Kapoor was not there, as the scene did not require him. The shooting is currently on in Pattaya, Thailand.

The news was confirmed by Priyanka’s spokesperson. She has earlier injured herself while shooting for her own stunts in Drona and she also fell off the bike while shooting for Kaminey with Shahid Kapoor.

It is true. If a couple gets back together after a break-up, the relationship is for keeps. And Priyanka Chopra and Shahid Kapoor are just rediscovering the joys of being together after their split, and they are happier than ever. As reported earlier the couple went their separate ways last month. Soon after the split, the duo headed to Bangkok for film shoots. While PC was there for Sajid Nadiadwala's next, Shahid was on call for a Yash Raj film. During their stay at the same hotel, they bumped into each other and realised that they could not do without each other.

A source close to the two reveals that Shahid, who'd initiated 'the break' realised that he'd made a mistake. He found that he still had feelings for Priyanka. He felt that he rushed into the decision and hadn't taken the time to understand her better. He knew he wanted her back in his life but wasn't too sure how she would react to him because he'd 'dumped' her when she believed all along that they were perfect for each other. Shahid befriended Chopra's best friend and close confidante, Tammana Sharma, who played Cupid between them the second time around.

The source says, "Shahid and Tammana have become good friends now. In fact, she was, in a way, responsible for getting the lovebirds back together. Shahid was already in Bangkok shooting for a film, while PC reached there a week later. They were at different locations but got a chance to sit down and talk things out. They went out on two occasions including dining out."

Giving their relationship another chance has perked up PC who was quite depressed when things went downhill. "She is happy to have Shahid back in her life. They are very happy together." Time to say, 'touch wood'? Love is working out together

After the lukewarmly received Kambakkht Ishq producer Sajid Nadiadwala is making another super-expensive film Anjaana Anjaani, which is being shot all over the world. To his surprise the lead pair Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra, both riding high at the box-office offered to keep their fee at the most reasonable level.

Says Sajid, “Ranbir and Priyanka were already part of our extended family. When Ranbir’s father Chintu ji was working in my dad’s production Hathyar I was an assistant. That’s when I got to know Chintu ji and his family. Priyanka has been family from the time she did ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karogi’ for my banner. So yes, they’ve certainly not hiked their price just because they are super-saleable today. In fact they didn’t even discuss money with me.”

The crackling chemistry between the duo was evident in Bangkok. Says Sajid, “Both Ranbir and Priyanka have changed their looks for this film. They hardly knew one another before the shooting. So they’re getting to know each other, as their on-screen romance progresses. Ranbir is entertaining on screen. But he carries that sense of fun from the screen to the sets. Priyanka was in her own shell to begin with. But her resolve didn’t take long to dissolve.”

If everyone thought producer Sajid Nadiadwala was done with Sylvester Stallone, here’s the surprise element. Stallone who played a cameo in Nadiadwala’s last film ‘Kambakkht Ishq’ is now a part of the Nadiadwala family circle. Sajid Nadiadwala is certainly not done with Stallone after ‘Kambakkht Ishq’. We don’t work that way in our production house. Our bonds are for keeps,” says Sajid.

Sajid’s elder son Subhaan is a huge Stallone fan. The boy has kept in touch with his idol long after ‘Kambakkht Ishq’ came and went. And as producer and his crew head to the USA for shooting Subhaan accompanies them with one express purpose.

“Subhaan is coming with us only to meet Stallone. To call him Stallone’s fan would be an understatement. He isn’t a fan- he’s a fanatic. His day starts with Stallone’s signature song ‘Eye Of The Tiger’ from Rocky. He knows every trivia associated with Stallone.” Sajid heads with his son for the US with an appointment with Stallone who may also make an appearance in the Ranbir-Priyanka starrer ‘Anjaana Anjaani’.

Amidst the talks of their on/off romance, filmmaker Imtiaz Ali of Jab We Met fame is said to be very keen on bringing Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra together in his next film.

The pair that rocked in their last outing Kaminey is said to be on Imtiaz’s list. It is said that the filmmaker has a story that suits the pair and has even met them for a discussion. However, it is not known if they have given the nod.

It may be recalled that Shahid and Priyanka have been romantically linked for quite while and it peaked just before the release of Kaminey though they insisted that they were just friends. Priyanka Chopra was recently caught in Amrita Rao’s dress! No, that’s not quite it. She was caught wearing an outfit similar to one that Amrita wore some days ago. And what’s more –both dresses come from the same designer –Swapnil Shinde.

Priyanka wore the outfit for a party on Friday. Meanwhile, Amrita had worn the same outfit on TV ten days ago. Priyanka is probably unaware of the goof-up. Swapnil confirmed that the outfit that Priyanka was wearing was by him and that she had liked it a lot, as her stylist called him up to tell him that she was complimented for that dress a lot. He also added that Priyanka called him up asking him for an outfit and he had about three or four gold outfits ready.

He confirmed that even Amrita’s outfit was by him. But he denies the outfits being the same. He simply states that the outfits have a similar design. Now, we’re not so sure this is going to go down very well with Priyanka, even though she hasn’t commented on the issue.

For the first time in the history of Indian cinema, New York, including the completely forbidden Rockfeller Center's Christmas tree, will be shot during Christmas time by director Siddharth Anand for Anjaana Anjaani.

Elaborate plans have been made and producer Sajid Nadiadwala has got all the necessary permission to shoot in the forbidden areas of New York where cameras are not allowed during the festive season.

Informs Anand, "Shooting in downtown New York during Christmas time is completely prohibited. We won't only be shooting in and around New York at Christmas time but we'll also be shooting the Christmas Tree at Rockefeller Centre which is the tallest Christmas tree in the world. The tree there is 70 feet tall. That's equivalent to two, three stories of a building."

Any kind of film shooting around the Rockefeller Christmas tree is strictly forbidden. Apparently, producer Nadiadwala got his friend Sylvester Stallone (who worked in Nadidawala's Kambhakkht Ishq) to pull some strings for the rare permission.

Says director Siddharth Anand, "I don't know how Sajid did it. But he managed the near-impossible. Priyanka, Ranbir and I are very excited about it."

Siddharth Anand is hoping for snow in New York. Without it, the whole carefully-planned concept of the lead pair Ranbir and Priyanka bringing in Christmas in New York would fall flat. Says Siddharth, "Yeah we're praying for a white Christmas in New York."

Ranbir who shot in artificial snow for Saawariya and also assisted Sanjay Leela Bhansali on Black which again had artificial snow is excited about the White Christmas in NY.

"My wife Mamta is styling Ranbir. He'll be dressed the way New Yorkers from West Village are. Very trendily in jackets, scarves, coats and woollens. We'll show Ranbir and Priyanka cruising the brightly lit-up streets of NY during Christmas. You'll see them shopping on camera. And that would be real Christmas shopping."

It is common knowledge that Akshay Kumar and Priyanka Chopra have been avoiding each other after their titillating on screen chemistry and the rumours of their alleged romance hit the headlines.
