Sometimes, it's easier to forgive than forget. Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor have claimed that they have moved on after breaking up a couple of years ago, but in reality, they seem to have turned bitter enemies.

The latest we hear is that Shahid and Kareena refused to romance for two new songs. Boney Kapoor wants to revive his much-delayed film Milenge Milenge, which has been in the cans for the last five years. To add some spice, Himesh Reshammiya has recorded two songs. But sadly, Shahid and Kareena are not willing to shoot together.

Sources said that Kareena is not going to shoot for the extra songs, though she is willing to extend all help if needed. This has made hapless Satish Kaushik to use the footage for the two songs, which would be used as promotional videos. It is also said that the actors would not promote for the film together.

Well, it may be recalled that Shahid and Kareena parted ways after having affair for over four years. Kareena fell for Saif Ali Khan during the making of Tashan. She has been going steady with him but Shahid is still said to be single though he has been linked with actresses like Amrita Rao, Vidya Balan and Priyanka Chopra.

Maybe Shahid and Kareena want to bury their bitter past completely. Once bitten twice shy!

Friends turning foes and vis versa is not uncommon in the showbiz. Shahid Kapoor and director Ken Ghosh were buddies at one point of time. They worked together in Ishq Vishk and Fida. However, their friendship is said to have taken a beating during the making of Chance Pe Dance.

The news is doing the rounds that problem started cropping up after Shahid interfered in the making of Chance De Dance, which has Genelia D'Souza in the female lead. Everyone was shocked to see a much different Shahid. Ghosh was not happy with his changed behaviour, and thus they fallout.

Shahid had worked with big directors like Imtiaz Ali, Aziz Mirza and Vishal Bhardwaj when Chance Pe Dance happened. So, he started interfering in the making of the film, which irked the director. However, Ghosh has taken it sportingly. He said that change is bound to happen, as he is 28 now; compared to 22 when Ishq Vishk was released.

There was a huge uproar a couple of months ago when Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan was detained at the Newark airport for hours together. The incident drew mixed reactions from the people following Shahrukh's allegation that he was discriminated because of his surname Khan. Shahid Kapoor faced a similar incident recently.

He spent about 90 minutes at the New York airport while the authorities grilled his spotboy Mohammed Manjoor Allam, who has been taking care of him since childhood. Though they have travelled extensively to many countries together, Allam was pulled up for questioning at the New York Airport, as his name needed special clearance.

Sources said that Shahid stayed with his spotboy through the questioning. He looked nervous, as he is not fluent in English. He was let off after nearly 90 minutes of detention but the authorities didn't give any reason why he was pulled up for special interrogation.

Shahid is currently shooting with Anushka Sharma in the US for Parmeet Sethi’s untitled film produced by Aditya Chopra.

When Shahid Kapoor was going strong with Kareena Kapoor his father Pankaj Kapoor had decided to cast the couple in Mausam. Pankaj had in fact written the script of his directorial debut keeping Kareena in mind. The one time lovers had last starred together in Jab We Met before their much publicised break up. Ironically it went to be their biggest hit together after the couple in the heydays of their courtship had delivered some duds.

After Shahid and Kareena split Mausam went into a back burner. They were not comfortable working with each other which meant that even the Satish Kaushik directed Milenge Milenge hasn't seen light of the day. Panjak had to think about cast some other actress instead of Kareena and his producers Religare Vistaar Entertainment decided to launch a nationwide hunt for a suitable actress who could get into the shoes of Kareena.

Kareena upon hearing this said that she had no problems starring opposite Shahid in any movie as she separates her professional life from her personal one. She added that the only thing she would look for is a good script and a good role for herself. Shahid had always maintained that he had no qualms about starring with Kareena. Seems like the audience will soon get to see Shahid and Kareena romance together even if it is just on-screen.

Kareena Kapoor is one bold girl in Bollywood who calls a spade a spade. She spoke her mind out when she was seeing Shahid Kapoor; no different when she switched to Saif Ali Khan. Now, she revealed that she and Shahid are not in touch.

Kareena said that they shared a wonderful relationship in the past though they are not in touch with each other now. She added that they could wish each other well. She at least does that.

When quizzed about their pending movie Milenge Milenge she said that she had never rejected the idea of dubbing for the movie with Shahid and dismissed rumours that she was hesitant about promoting the movie along with him. Katrina said that when she had no problems doing a movie with Shahid there is no reason she would have problems promoting it. Well all hope that Shahid and Kareena come together and complete Milenge Milenge and give some relief to director Satish Kaushik.

Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor is known to love cars and he has added a new Range Rover SUV to his stable. The Kaminey star received the keys of the new black SUV from none other than the Chairman and MD of the Tata Group Mr Ratan Tata. Shahid got the latest model of the famous SUV Range Rover 2010. The 510 bhp monster has a 5.0L engine with 6-speed automatic transmission.

There were lots of speculation as to who will be the first person that Shahid would take for a drive. Shahid surprised everyone when he took his father Pankaj Kapoor just about one hour after driving his new baby out of the showroom. So all the wannabe girlfriends of the Bollywood heartthrob you will have to wait a little longer.

Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor- This was one pairing which has just started showing signs of being an established 'jodi' on the big screen. Their Jab We Met had become a good hit but much more than just box office outcome, what was loved most was the endearing presence of a couple that seemed to have got the nuances right for a romcom, a term which pretty much got coined in the context of Bollywood cinema post Imtiaz Ali packaged the whole love story genre in an entirely different manner.

The same 'jodi' which was lynched for being supremely uneven in Fida was now the darling of the masses, classes as well as the media. The forgettable past of Chup Chup Ke was best left buried and it was time to herald a new pairing which could well have picked up from where Shahrukh Khan and Kajol (in their younger days) had left.

Alas, that was never meant to be the case as the world is aware about the incidents that led to Shahid and Kareena 'jodi' going kaput once the release of 'Jab We Met' was round the corner. The film worked, even the 'jodi' did but the hopes of all those dozen odd film makers who were hoping to cash in on this new found success of the two Kapoors were in for a disappointment.

Amidst all these unfortunate turn of events, there was one film maker who was in the middle of all the action. He was Boney Kapoor, the man who could actually get into the Hall of Fame if he could ever finish and release his film inside a year. Call it sheer mishap but just like so many of his films in the past, he too had his Milenge Milenge beginning much before Jab We Met and is now seeing signs of revival two years later. The situation has pretty much changed for the film during half a decade that has gone in the making of the film.

Alas, in the absence of concrete announcement around the release of the film, there have been speculations galore around Shahid and Kareena giving their nod to the promotion of the film. Today, even for an average budget film with lesser stars, a round of radio stations, TV studios, print media, and website stations and even straight on to the roads is the bare minimum for any film to be noticed. It's a 24X7 job, literally. In such a scenario, getting the two superstars on a platform even alone, let aside together, was imagined to be a humungous task for the makers.

One may well have chosen to believe all these rumors to be true considering the fact that no love seemed to have most between the 'once in love jodi'. However, all speculations could well come to an end now since Kareena is well declaring that there was never any war per se to begin with.

"Really, I can't help if media chooses to report things based on their whims and fancies. When did I ever say that I won't be working with Shahid? In fact I loved Shahid in 'Kaminey'. He was superb there. Our personal equation can't define our professional relationship. Whatever has happened in the past and could take place in future, I will always be Shahid's well wisher", Kareena sets the record straight as she makes her stance clear about the boundaries around her personal and professional life.

Now this was the easy part, since one does expect a superstar of her stature to respect her professional commitments. However, things may well be a little different when it comes to the matters of heart. While she may well be game for talking about Milenge Milenge, would she be equally enthusiastic doing so on the same platform with Shahid Kapoor? Quite a tricky situation since the film is a love story and it may be counter productive for the movie if they are not seen together and talking in unison.

"These are things that are just written and talked about for effect. I have absolutely no problems sharing stage with Shahid for the film's promotion. When I am willing to do films with him, why would I hesitate from the promotional perspective? I also heard recently that I had said 'no' to shooting for a music video with him to promote Milenge Milenge. Now someone has to tell me where did that come from? Was any quote of mine seen anywhere? Puhleeze, I am there for the makers whenever they call me", Kareena quashes another rumor.

The two have moved on in life and doing extremely good for themselves personally as well as professionally. They won't end up saying Milenge Milenge for sure but it would be worth a treat, if they end up doing that at least in front of the camera for many more years to come. Amen!

Choreographer Ahmed Khan is back from the US after months' of shooting for a song with his best-friend Shahid Kapoor. And Ahmed just can't stop singing his star-pal's praises, for the generosity Shahid showed in the US. The actor actually made sure Ahmed Khan's kids got a long-cherished dream come true.

Says Ahmed fondly, ''I had been promising my two sons Azaan and Subhan a trip to Disneyland for months. Earlier, when we shot in the US for another Yash Raj Films Bachna Ae Haseeno, I kept hoping there would be time. But I couldn't manage to get away. But this time, Shahid made sure it happened.''

Apparently, Shahid not only ensured that Ahmed wrapped up his work as quickly as possible, he made all the arrangements for Ahmed, his wife Saira and two sons to take off for Disneyland.

''And why not?'' says Ahmed defensively. ''Shahid and I are childhood friends. Before my mother held my sons Shahid took them in his arms. So it's perfectly natural for him to look out for me and my family.''

Recalling the fabulous experience, Ahmed says, ''Out of the one month I spent in the US, only 12 days were devoted to shooting the song. It wasn't even a dance song. It was a concept number showing the hero and his friends splurging and binging all over the US. We shot at casinos and at various pleasure and tourist spots in Philadelphia, Orlando, New York, New Jersey and Chicago.''

Shahid will now be seen in Ahmed Khan's Paathshala. ''In a 2-hour long film, Shahid is there for an hour. So he's there for 55 minutes. His role is like Aamir Khan's in Taare Zameen Par. He comes in mid-way and yes, he's the teacher. Both Shahid and I have decided to focus on the kids in the marketing rather than on Shahid.''

Being Asia’s Sexiest Vegetarian doesn’t mean things are easy for Shahid Kapoor. The actor, who has to leave for Bangkok tonight, is worried he won’t find enough varieties of vegetarian food there.

Shahid is leaving for Bangkok to shoot for Parmeet Sethi’s film. The last time he stayed in the US for 40 days, he faced a similar problem. His right hand man had to instruct the chefs to cook according to his likes and dislikes, as they didn’t have much to offer when it came to vegetarian food.

Shahid serves non-vegetarian food to his friends but is a firm vegetarian who doesn’t even eat eggs. So, he’s worried that the same thing may happen in Bangkok.

The on and off relationship between Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra has come to an end. Shahid has taken the final call after realising Priyanka wasn't his type of girl. The two stars has met in the sets of Kaminey last year and had fallen in love. Sources close to Priyanka have said that the actress who hasn't been keeping well in the recent past is devastated by Shahid's decision. Priyanka is looking for peace and visited Ajmer Sharif last week with her friends who are rallying behind her.

Shahid's decision to part ways is being attributed to inherent differences in their nature. While Shahid is a introvert and reserved, Priyanka is extrovert and loves to party. Shahid also had problems with her fondness for alcohol. The couple never publicly admitted to being together although they were too close to be just friends. Shahid has been finding it hard to be in a strong relationship ever since Kareena Kapoor dumped more than two years ago.

Shortly after their break-up, Chopra and Kapoor find themselves sharing the same hotel in Bangkok. Time heals. Also space. Recently separated couple Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra would've liked distance between them to get over the initial awkward period right after the break-up. When Shahid Kapoor went away to shoot for Yash Raj's untitled next in Bangkok, it seemed like a perfect plan. But that wasn't to be.

Priyanka knew she was to go to Bangkok too, a week later but to her horror, she found herself at the same hotel as her ex-boyfriend. And to make matters more complicated, Shahid is shooting with Anushka Sharma, who he is now being linked with. While Shahid has been shooting in Bangkok for over a week, Priyanka and Ranbir left for the city last night.

Shahid is shooting for Parmeet Sethi's directorial debut for Yash Raj Films while PC is shooting for Sajid Nadiadwala's Anjaana Anjani with Ranbir Kapoor, who has recently ended his relationship with Deepika Padukone. Too many broken (and now single) hearts together under one roof. They are staying at the Grand Sukhumvit Hotel (previously known as Sofitel) in central Bangkok.

Incidentally, while PC and Ranbir are nursing broken hearts Sajid Nadiadwala will be celebrating his 9th wedding anniversary with his wife Wardha by throwing a grand party in the evening where his cast and crew will be invited in the evening. The mahurat of Anjaana Anjani (directed by Siddharth Anand) will also take place in Bangkok on Sajid's wedding anniversary.

Tired of watching Vishal Malhotra play the hero's best friend over and over again? He was Shahid Kapoor's sounding-board in Ishq Vishq and Kismat Konnection. But now Shahid has found a new best- friend on screen. It is Indian Idol finalist Meiyang Chang from Dhanbad in Jharkhand.

Meiyang, who rose to fame not only through his singing in Season 3 of the reality show but also with his relationship with fellow-contestant Monali Thakur, makes his movie debut in Yash Raj Films' Shahid-Anushka Sharma starrer directed by Parmeet Sethi.

Chang, as he's affectionately known in the industry, has been strictly prohibited from talking about his acting debut.

So we asked the film's music composer Pritam Chakraborty if he had any hand in Meiyang's casting. After all Meiyang Chang's girlfriend Monali Thakur rose to fame with Pritam's composition “Zara Zara Touch Me” in Race. It's believed Pritam played cupid between the two Indian Idol contestants.

Pritam denies having a hand in Meiyang's love life or his career. "Chang is a dear friend and he is seeing Monali. But I had nothing to do with it. Nor did I have any hand in his casting in Parmeet's film. I'm only the music composer of that project."

A few days back there was buzz in the tinsel town of Shahid Kapoor breaking up with Priyanka Chopra. But it seems the Kaminey actor has found a new girl to mingle with. It is none other that the Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi actress Anushka Sharma with whom he is working in his upcoming Yash Raj Films' movie directed by Parmeet Sethi.

Sources close to the movie have revealed that Shahid and Anushka are very friendly and comfortable with each other. They talk a lot on the phone and are very active when it comes to sending SMS buddies too. Anushka has been said to be bowled by Shahid's charm and considering that both of them are single romance seems round the corner.

Shahid who has already had bad experiences with relationships in the industry is taking it slow and is not ready to admit his feelings for Anushka as yet. Shahid has been linked to Vidya Balan, Sania Mirza, Amrita Rao and Priyanka Chopra since Kareena Kapoor dumped him two years ago. Well, Shahid and Anushka won't look that bad together, will they?
